Young Leadership Council (YLC)

Young Leadership Council (YLC): IMPACT, a program of THE ASSOCIATED, seeks to inspire, educate and engage Jewish adults ages 22-45 through volunteer activities, leadership training and social programs. YLC, a collaborative program of CCEL and IMPACT, is a two-year commitment with monthly meetings, typically held on weekday evenings. Through fundraising, educational programs, community service projects and agency observation experiences, young professionals develop an understanding of THE ASSOCIATED and its system of agencies, the importance of philanthropy and leadership skills.

National Young Leadership (NYL) Cabinet
The United Jewish Communities (UJC) National Young Leadership (NYL) Cabinet consists of approximately 400 women and men, representing UJC's most committed young leaders from across the United States and Canada. Since its founding in 1963, this development program continues to produce many of the top leaders in Jewish communities. Its mission is to develop and provide the high quality of leadership necessary to UJC and the federations so that the Jewish people in Israel, in our communities and throughout the world will continue to have the necessary resources to remain strong and vital.

UJC National Young Leadership Conference
The UJC National Young Leadership Conference is a major highlight of the National Young Leadership calendar. In the past, participants had the opportunity to hear amazing speakers including Madeleine Albright and Ari Fleischer, learn about the needs of Jewish communities around the world and lobby on Capitol Hill to have those needs met.
