Jewish Community Services’ Certified Geriatric Care Managers provide
comprehensive assessments focusing on medical status, current health care
situation, cognitive function, environmental safety, care needs, emotional needs
and more. Care Managers work with individuals and their families to create and
implement personalized plans. This intensive 24/7 service helps seniors to
continue living in their own homes or in other settings with as much
independence and dignity as possible.
Licensed mental health professionals offer counseling/therapy to people
dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, issues relating to relationships or
family crises. (Most private health insurances are accepted.)
The JCC Book Club for older adults meets the first Sunday of the month at the
Weinberg Park Heights JCC.
