Jewish Baltimore with YLC

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then The Associated’s Young Leadership Council (YLC) is definitely for you.

Graduates of this two-year Jewish leadership development program, for people ages 27-39, have gone on to serve on organizational boards and committees, develop important community initiatives and hold key positions within the community.

Program Details:

  • Actively participate in monthly seminars focused on personal and community leadership growth
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of The Associated and its network of non-profit organizations
  • Get the chance to learn from and connect with Jewish community leaders
  • Build life-long connections with a cohort of like-minded, emerging young leaders

September 2023 – June 2025; most meetings will be held in the evenings and on occasional Sundays

Participation Fee: $600 includes program cost and an immersive leadership experience

Philanthropy: Leadership-level gift to The Associated
Minimum gift of $500 to the 2024 Annual Campaign (paid by December 31, 2024) and Ben-Gurion Society-level gift of $1,000 or more to the 2025 Annual Campaign (paid by December 31, 2025).


Applications for this class of YLC are currently closed, we will open our next round of applications in May 2025.
