Summer Teachers Institute 2023: Dismantling Holocaust Denial in The Classroom

This conference will be a three-part professional development workshop centered on addressing claims of Holocaust distortion and denial in the classroom. Over the course of the workshop, participants will learn to identify common tropes of Holocaust denial, ways to foster resilient classroom communities, the intersections between Holocaust denial and white supremacy in the United States, and methods for teaching media literacy skills.
