Join IMPACT as we stretch our Minds, Bodies and Hands to give back to our community.

Choose from a variety of workout and wellness classes to support the needs of Jewish Baltimore. Classes are free of charge with a minimum gift of $18 to The Associated.

Here is the schedule of classes:

11:00 a.m. Tabata HIIT with Stacy Fitzgerald (*or Peloton)
45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and agility.

11:00 a.m. Peloton
45 minutes of Peloton Bike Riding, more information will be provided upon registration

1:00 p.m. Bodyweight Strength Training with Lori O’Donnell
A 45 minute full body conditioning class with a focus on strength, balance and stability using bodyweight and/or weights anyone has at home.

4:00 p.m. Yoga with Kerianne Brown
Yoga blends postures with breathing exercises and meditation. It is a practice cultivating strength, balance and flexibility emphasizing experiencing life in the moment.

5:00 p.m. Community Meditation Experience and Concluding Ceremonies
