Live Well. Be Well. Age Well.

As we age, we know that the process can be rewarding, freeing and amazing; but at times, this stage of life can also feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to understanding what services are available to best meet our needs.

That’s why we created AgeWell Baltimore, an innovative network to help everyone live their best life.

AgeWell Baltimore provides resources, guidance and support to help you or your loved ones age with confidence and dignity. Whether for yourself, a family member or someone you care for, AgeWell Baltimore will help you navigate this stage of life. Together we will stay connected, remain active, feel safe and secure and retain our independence.

Our AgeWell Specialists will provide access to more than 40 of our coordinated services and programs. Discover all that AgeWell has to offer. For more information call 410-500-5328 or email us at info@agewellbaltimore.org. This free service is open to the entire Baltimore community.

AgeWell Baltimore is supported by The Associated and its network of agencies, CHAICHANA and Jewish Community Services.

AgeWell Baltimore launched Generations, Conversations and Community, a forum dedicated to helping adult children take proactive steps towards a healthier, happier future for parents and loved ones! Our event scheduled for October 17 – How to Have ‘The Talk’ With Your Parents – has been postponed. Please check back regularly for any updates.

This Centennial initiative is supported by Irene and Robert Russel and Family and the Leonard and Helen R. Stulman Charitable Foundation. Special thanks to AgeWell Pittsburgh for their guidance, time and collaboration.
